About me

Hello! I am an agronomist engineer who has developed mainly in the citrus sector throughout its production chain, complemented by the implementation of quality and safety standards. In addition, my basic training in agronomy is complemented by a MBA and a specialization in international trade, which allows me to incorporate concepts and streamline management processes.

My work experience includes having worked as a production manager in Citricola Vicente Trapani SA, where I had the opportunity to analyze KPIs, control and organize cultural tasks in farms of 1200 ha, manage a nursery with a production of 120,000 seedlings, manage the system Synagro and manage vendors and staff. I was also in charge of implementing quality standards in the company.

In addition, I have worked as a production and quality analyst in Citricola San Miguel SA, where I had the opportunity to control the production and quality of fresh fruit in trading and fason service stores, and as a packaging inspector in SE.NA.SA, where I carried out the inspection of fresh fruit in the field, warehouses and consolidation within the framework of the citrus certification program for export.

My ability to incorporate new knowledge is reflected in the training I have done. Among them are: Management Indicators Program in face, Farm Assurer Workshop crops FV in GLOBALG.AP ACADEMY, Technical nursery manager and BPA for fresh fruits and vegetables in SENASA, Diplomat Global Gap IRAM-INTA in BPA with a fruit and vegetable orientation, Course Produce Safety Alliance – FDA. FSMA Law and Preventive control qualified individual (PCQI) FSMA Law. I have also been Technical Director in methyl bromide and cold quarantine chambers in SENASA and the most recent that he did at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena - Spain, the international course on post-harvest technology and minimal fruit and vegetable processing.

On the other hand, I have English language skills (level B2-C1), Portuguese (A2 level) and German (A2 level) and knowledge of agricultural management software such as Synagro.

Currently, I work as a private consultant in Fruitchain Group where I am in charge of prospecting for new clients and new markets, the definition of marketing to increase sales, market analysis, competition and the fruit and vegetable sector in general, research and development in organic and conventional products and the advice on the implementation of quality standards in the field and warehouse (GLOBALG.AP, organic product).
